PAINTINGS FROM THE PAST
These paintings are ones I did years ago. They are former commission jobs I did and others that I have sold or are part of my own private collection. None of these are for sale but I posted them for you to view.
Best Friends
This was a painting I did for my wife's aunt. It was painted on a 9x12 canvass board which I put into a shadow box and turned into a working clock. You will notice the two different colored eyes. This was because she had a cat with two different colored eyes.
The bald Eagle
This was one I did back in early 1997. The bald eagle landing on branch. Because of this picture I did about six others for commission jobs each of course with a different background. 18x24 oil on canvass. Part of my private collection.
Hoarse Head Silhouette
One of my all time favorites. I did this one back in 1996. It is 12x24 oil on canvass of the side of a hoarse's head mostly in silhouette. Part of my own collection.
In for a Landing
This was a 16x20 oi on canvas of a male and female mallard ducks coming in for a landing into the lake.
Morning Glories
This is one of two I did of the same painting. The background can be seen slightly as the morning glories hang. This was a 12x24 oil on canvass.
Red Hibiscus
This was the first floral painting I ever did. Red hibiscus was don in 1996 alongside another oil painter. 12x24 oil on canvass.
Natori
This was a commission job I did for a friend of mine. She wanted a portrait of her daughter. This is one of the first portraits I have ever done. When she received this painting she fell in love with it right away. 18x24 oil on canvass.
Winter Woods at Sunset
This one I did as a study. The balance of the warm colors surrounded by the cool colors really brings this painting alive. 18x24 oil on canvass.
Danny
This painting meant so much to me to do. It is of my late brother Danny who passed in 2009. I did this painting for my niece Daniel of her father.
